Morocco on film

I discovered Morocco for the first time in the spring of 2026, and it was love at first sight. I only saw a small part of the country, from Essaouira to Agadir, but this stretch of the west coast captured my heart: the energy, the architecture, the people, the good vibes. I felt completely at home. It won't be my last trip there. Like New York, this country will stay with me forever.
From the very first day, my camera broke down. I was left with my old film camera, a flea market find, and my iPhone. I was frustrated, of course, because the country is incredibly photogenic. In the end, it was with these two tools that I told the story of this trip, capturing the grain, the unexpected moments, and the colors of film.
